Moisture is one of the most important things for most hair types, especially if your hair is coloured.
My customers who tend to have frizzy hair complain that it never looks glossy or shiny, that’s when you know that you need to start adding moisture.
This blog is about removing or significantly reducing the frizz in your hair. It’ll cover how to stop frizzy hair in a few simple steps.
The post will tackle questions about dry, frizzy hair: How can I stop my hair going frizzy after washing?, How can I avoid overnight frizziness? or What are the best products to help stop my hair being frizzy?
Frizz comes about when hair is dry or gets damaged from overheating or not conditioning adequately. Dry hair tends to be more prone to breakage and this leaves it more vulnerable to moisture loss. The hair makes up for this moisture loss by soaking up moisture from the air, especially in humid environments, and then frizz occurs.
To make sure that your hair is balanced and has enough moisture, you can stop frizzy hair in its tracks and prevent it from happening again.
There are many excellent products to help lock in moisture and also combat the issue of humidity causing frizz.
